Getting Started

This guide explains the general account and creation flow. The web and mobile applications may present different navigation, tools, settings, and limits.

1. Create your account

Create an account through the sign-up screen and follow any verification steps shown there. You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live. Available plans and any starting credit balance are shown in the app.

2. Learn the layout

After signing in, use the navigation in your app to open the tools and account areas available to you. Names and locations can vary by platform:

  • Creation tools choose from the tools currently available to your platform and account.
  • Creations or history review available records and results associated with your account.
  • Explore or community where enabled, browse public content and manage your own posts.
  • Account settings manage your profile, preferences, billing, and security options.

3. Understand your credit wallet

Credits are used for eligible operations in the service. Check the in-app balance and purchase information for your account.

  • Review each request. Costs can depend on the tool, model, duration, resolution, number of outputs, and other options. Check the cost shown or confirmed when you submit.
  • Credit returns are not cash refunds. If a job fails, is cancelled, or is blocked, credits may be returned under the in-product policy.
  • Plan terms vary. Allowances, renewal dates, rollover rules, and purchased-credit terms are shown in the app and applicable purchase terms.
Before submitting: review the selected model, output settings, and displayed credit cost. These details may change when you adjust a request.

4. Run your first generation

  1. Open Create and choose Text to Image.
  2. Type a prompt, for example: a lighthouse on a cliff at dusk, violet storm clouds, cinematic lighting.
  3. Review the options and credit cost presented for your account, then submit the request.
  4. Check the task status in the application and allow processing to complete.
  5. Open the result to review it and use the actions currently available for that creation.

5. Manage your library

Generated content and related task records may be available in your account history or creations library. The available details and actions depend on the creation type and platform. Deleting content, public visibility, and account deletion are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
