This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using KRILX to generate, edit, store, and publish AI-assisted content and participate in its community features.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your access to and use of KRILX, including its websites, applications, APIs or other interfaces made available to you, AI generation and editing features, account and storage features, and community and publishing features (collectively, the “Service”). It supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that your prompts, uploaded materials, generated or edited outputs, profile information, posts, comments, and other use of the Service comply with this AUP, the Terms, applicable law, and any additional model or provider terms that apply.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect the rights, safety, dignity, and privacy of others. Do not request, create, upload, store, edit, publish, share, or facilitate content or conduct that violates applicable law, this AUP, or the Terms.
Prohibited conduct includes using the Service to commit, facilitate, promote, or conceal a crime; evade law enforcement; procure or traffic in illegal goods or services; or provide instructions intended to enable serious wrongdoing. Fictional, artistic, educational, or research framing does not make otherwise prohibited use acceptable.
The Service must never be used to create, request, upload, possess, store, edit, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving a person under 18. This prohibition applies regardless of whether a depiction is real, fictional, synthetic, manipulated, photorealistic, or otherwise presented as generated. Grooming, sexual solicitation, or exploitation of a minor is also prohibited.
Do not create, request, upload, edit, possess, or distribute intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without that person’s freely given and legally valid consent, including “deepnudes,” sexual deepfakes, or manipulated intimate imagery. Do not use synthetic media to depict a real person in a sexual context without consent.
We prohibit this material and conduct categorically. Do not send suspected child sexual abuse material to us as an attachment or reproduce, download, or share it in a report. Use the reporting process in Section 12 and contact the appropriate authorities or child-protection reporting service where required or appropriate.
Do not use the Service to threaten, incite, plan, or facilitate violence or physical harm; promote or recruit for violent extremist or terrorist activity; or create content intended to intimidate, stalk, extort, dox, or target a person or group.
Do not use the Service for targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, or hateful conduct that threatens or advocates violence against people based on protected or vulnerable characteristics. Do not generate or distribute instructions for causing serious physical harm, constructing or using weapons unlawfully, or evading safeguards intended to prevent such harm.
The Service may not be used to create or distribute graphic violent material for the purpose of threatening, celebrating, or encouraging real-world harm. Lawful reporting, education, historical discussion, or fictional expression is not prohibited solely because it discusses violence, but must not be used to facilitate or encourage harm.
Do not use the Service to commit or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, credential theft, financial abuse, deceptive fundraising, or other unlawful or materially deceptive conduct. Do not create or distribute malware, ransomware, malicious code, or instructions intended to compromise systems or steal data.
Do not impersonate another person, organization, public official, or brand in a way intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or cause harm. Do not create or distribute synthetic audio, images, or video that falsely represents a real person as saying or doing something, or presents fabricated events as authentic, where the intent or reasonably foreseeable effect is to deceive or cause material harm.
Do not use the Service to mislead voters, interfere unlawfully with an election, impersonate election officials, or disseminate deceptive election information in violation of law. Clearly identify parody, satire, fictional content, or materially altered synthetic media when needed to prevent a reasonable audience from being misled or when law requires disclosure.
Do not submit, generate, edit, publish, or distribute content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, or other rights. You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for the prompts, text, scripts, images, video, audio, voice recordings, likenesses, logos, and other materials you provide or use.
Do not use a person’s name, image, likeness, voice, or other identifying information in a way that violates their rights, falsely implies their endorsement, or invades their privacy. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, biometric, or personal information about another person unless you have lawful authority and all required notices and consents.
AI-generated content may resemble existing works, brands, or people, or may unintentionally include protected material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any rights or clearances needed before using or publishing them. Do not rely on the fact that content was generated or modified by AI as proof that it is lawful or non-infringing.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, biometric identifiers, medical records, financial account information, passwords, or other confidential material unless you are authorized to do so, the use is lawful, and you have assessed the consequences of sending it to the Service and any third-party model or infrastructure provider involved in processing.
Do not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect a person’s rights, access to employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or other essential opportunities. Any lawful high-impact use must comply with applicable law and include appropriate notice, safeguards, qualified human review, and a meaningful means for affected individuals to seek review.
Do not probe, scan, test, or attack the Service or its infrastructure without written authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Service; introduce malicious code; or attempt to bypass authentication, security, content safeguards, access controls, credit requirements, or rate limits.
Do not access, collect, or attempt to infer another user’s account, credentials, private content, or personal data; scrape or harvest the Service or its content at scale without our prior written permission; reverse engineer or extract non-public software, model weights, system prompts, or protected model components; or use outputs, queries, or other access to build or train a competing model where prohibited by law or provider terms.
Do not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service except through functionality and interfaces we expressly authorize. Do not create multiple accounts, rotate identities, manipulate requests, or otherwise evade usage, credit, or rate limits. Do not resell, sublicense, timeshare, or provide third parties with raw or unauthorized access to the Service, credentials, or model endpoints.
The Service may route prompts, uploaded materials, settings, or other requests to different models and third-party providers depending on the feature. Your use must comply with this AUP, the Terms, applicable law, and any model or provider policies or license conditions that apply to the selected feature or output.
Provider restrictions may differ by model, modality, account type, location, or use case and may be more restrictive than this AUP. You must not use the Service to evade a provider’s safeguards or restrictions by switching models, rephrasing prompts, splitting requests, or using another account. We may refuse, filter, limit, or stop a request or feature to comply with provider requirements, protect users, or manage risk.
The availability of a model, tool, or feature does not mean that every use is permitted or that a provider endorses your content. You are responsible for checking any applicable model-specific license or terms, including restrictions on commercial use, attribution, redistribution, or use of generated content.
The Service allows users to store creations and may allow them to publish images, videos, audio, scripts, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, profile materials, comments, and related content. A public creation may be displayed on Explore or otherwise made visible to users and the public. Unlisted content may be accessed by anyone with its link and is not private or confidential.
Do not publish content that violates this AUP, infringes rights, reveals another person’s private information, or is intended to harass, mislead, exploit, or harm. This applies to titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, comments, replies, profile names, avatars, and links as well as the media itself. Do not use comments or community features to spam, threaten, harass, solicit illegal activity, or evade a user’s block or other safety boundary.
You are responsible for choosing whether and what to publish and for any required labeling or disclosure of AI-generated, synthetic, or materially altered media. You are also responsible for any further distribution of public or unlisted content. Deleting or changing visibility may not remove copies already viewed, downloaded, linked, or shared by others.
Community visibility, recommendations, and user interactions do not mean that KRILX endorses, verifies, or guarantees the accuracy, legality, safety, or quality of content or a user.
Subject to the Terms, applicable law, and the rights and license conditions applicable to your inputs, outputs, and selected models, you may use content you create for lawful personal or commercial purposes. Commercial use does not excuse infringement, deceptive conduct, or any other violation of this AUP, and you are responsible for evaluating whether you have the necessary rights and whether an output is suitable for your intended use.
You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service, model endpoints, accounts, credits, or generation capacity; offer the Service as a competing or substantially similar service; or represent that generated content, a model, or the Service is exclusively yours where that representation is false. Any permitted commercial use of an output does not grant you ownership of the Service, underlying models, third-party materials, or rights belonging to other persons.
Report suspected violations, harmful content, or rights concerns to legal@krilx.com. Include the relevant URL or creation identifier, the type of concern, and enough context for us to locate and assess the material. For an intellectual-property or privacy complaint, identify the right or interest involved and explain why you believe the content violates it. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Do not attach, copy, download, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material in a report. Provide a link or other non-explicit identifying information where safe and lawful. If a person is in immediate danger or you believe a crime has occurred, contact the appropriate emergency service, law-enforcement agency, or child-protection authority directly; a report to us is not a substitute for contacting authorities.
We may request additional information, restrict access while reviewing a report, or decline to act where a report is incomplete, outside our responsibility, or not supported by available information. We do not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
We may, but are not obligated to, review or investigate prompts, inputs, outputs, posts, comments, accounts, or activity for compliance, safety, security, provider requirements, or legal obligations. Reviews may be prompted by user reports, provider notices, technical signals, or other information. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect or prevent every violation, and you must not treat the Service as a substitute for your own review.
Where we reasonably believe this AUP, the Terms, provider requirements, or law may have been violated, we may refuse or stop generation; remove, restrict, label, or disable access to content; limit features or credits; suspend or terminate an account; preserve relevant information; or take other proportionate protective action. Credit forfeiture or other billing consequences will be applied only as permitted by the Terms and applicable law. We may take immediate action where necessary to protect people, the Service, or legal rights.
We may disclose information to authorities, rights holders, providers, or other parties when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal conduct, protect safety or rights, or enforce the Terms. We may refer suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or relevant protection organizations where appropriate or legally required.
If you believe we acted in error, you may contact us at the address in Section 14 with the account information, affected content identifier, and a concise explanation. We may review the decision and restore content or access where appropriate, subject to law and provider requirements.
We may update this AUP to reflect changes in KRILX, the models and providers we use, applicable law, or safety practices. We will update the AUP in the Service and revise its effective or updated date where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means that you acknowledge the revised rules, subject to any consent required by law.
Questions or reports about this AUP may be sent to legal@krilx.com. For account or technical support, contact support@krilx.com.
