TermsPrivacyAcceptable use

These Terms govern your use of KRILX, including AI generation tools, credits, subscriptions, and community features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Last Updated: October 22, 2026. Version: 1.0. Effective Date: October 22, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [FULL LEGAL NAME OF SERVICE OPERATOR], the operator of KRILX (“KRILX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, accounts, AI tools, community features, and associated technology and support (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), and our Privacy Policy, each as updated from time to time. The AUP and Privacy Policy are separate documents and should be available at https://krilx.com/legal/aup and https://krilx.com/legal/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains our processing of personal data and is not replaced by these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, employer, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms; in that case, “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

A signed written agreement specifically covering the Service controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Purchase-specific terms shown at checkout control the price, plan, billing interval, and credit amount for that purchase.

2. The Service

The Service provides tools to create, process, store, organize, edit, and optionally share digital content. Features may include text-to-image, text-to-video (including silent and audio-enabled video), text-to-audio, speech and narration, music and song generation, sound effects, script generation, generation history, a creations library, media editing, reels or posts, and community features such as Explore, public profiles, likes, comments, follows, and blocking.

Features, models, formats, limits, and availability may differ by platform, account, plan, region, and time. A feature marked preview, beta, experimental, or coming soon may not be available for production use.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, model providers, output formats, capacity, or parts of the Service. We may apply usage limits, credit requirements, queues, rate limits, geographic restrictions, and content safeguards. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes where practicable and where required by law.

The Service is a creative tool, not legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or using it in a professional or regulated context.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live to create an account or use the Service. If applicable law requires a higher age, that higher age applies. The Service is not directed to children, and you may not permit a child to use your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, use an email address without authority, misrepresent an affiliation, or create an account for someone who is not eligible.

You may use the Service only where lawful and in compliance with these Terms, the AUP, applicable export controls and sanctions, and third-party terms that apply to your use. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding your login credentials and verification codes, and maintaining the security of devices and email accounts used to access the Service. Do not share one-time passwords or authentication codes.

Notify us promptly at support@krilx.com if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or fraudulent account activity. We may take reasonable protective steps, including resetting credentials, verifying identity, limiting sessions, or suspending access.

You may provide profile details, an avatar, a handle, a biography, and preferences. Some profile information and activity may be visible to others depending on your settings and use of community features. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in a public profile.

If the Service permits you to enter third-party API credentials or similar account settings, you represent that you are entitled to use them. Their use is subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Do not submit credentials you are not authorized to disclose.

5. Subscription Plans, Credits, and Usage

The Service may offer free access and paid plans, including plans identified as Free, Pro, or Studio, or other plans shown from time to time. Plan features, credit allowances, prices, billing intervals, and limits are those displayed at purchase or renewal. Static examples, estimates, or promotional displays do not override the final checkout price and confirmed order.

Credits are a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to request eligible Service operations. They are not money, stored value, a deposit, or a right to cash redemption. Credits cannot be sold, transferred, pledged, or exchanged for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may correct a balance or reverse credits associated with a mistaken grant, reversed payment, fraud, unauthorized activity, or chargeback.

Credit cost may depend on the tool, model, duration, resolution, number of outputs, reference media, selected options, and other processing parameters. Displayed costs may change when you change those parameters. The applicable charge will be shown or confirmed when you submit a request. We may change future costs with notice or by updating the Service, but will not retroactively change a completed purchase.

A generation request may consume credits when queued or processed. If a job fails, is cancelled, or is blocked, we may return credits under the applicable in-product policy; a credit return is not a cash refund.

The Service may provide plan allowances, promotional grants, or one-time top-up packs. Subscription allowances are issued according to the plan and billing period; pack credits are added after payment is verified. The amount, currency, bonus credits, and applicable restrictions are those shown at checkout. Expiry, rollover, and consumption order must be stated in the applicable plan or purchase information. If no expiry is stated, credits will not expire solely because time passes while your account remains active and in good standing, but may be forfeited on account closure or termination to the extent permitted by law.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout, monthly or yearly where offered, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fee and taxes using the payment method you provide. We will show the price, billing interval, and renewal information before you confirm. If renewal cannot be processed, access or plan benefits may be suspended, downgraded, or ended.

You may request cancellation or a plan change through account billing controls when available, or by contacting support@krilx.com. Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; unless checkout information or applicable law says otherwise, you retain paid access until then. A downgrade may take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or cancel a separate credit-pack purchase. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.

Prices may exclude transaction, sales, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes unless shown as included. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income. Where we are required to collect a tax, it will be added to the amount charged.

6. Payment Terms and Processors

The Service currently uses Flutterwave-hosted checkout and payment services for subscriptions and one-time credit-pack purchases. Your payment may also be subject to terms, privacy practices, and verification requirements of Flutterwave, your bank, card network, mobile wallet, or other payment method provider. We do not control those providers.

Checkout may collect payment and billing details directly through the payment provider. We may receive transaction references, payment status, amount, currency, limited payment-method information, and other confirmation or fraud-prevention data. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to KRILX support.

Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies. Where conversion is used, the amount and currency confirmed by checkout govern; your bank or payment provider may apply separate exchange rates or fees. You authorize the payment provider to process the purchase and recurring charges you approved.

A checkout redirect or receipt alone may not establish that payment succeeded. Credits or subscription benefits may be activated after payment confirmation. If a transaction is pending, delayed, reversed, or disputed, we may delay, withhold, or reverse the corresponding benefits while it is resolved.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments for subscriptions, digital services already made available, and credit packs are non-refundable, and unused credits are not redeemable for cash. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable statutory consumer right. For an incorrect or unauthorized charge, or a failed generation covered by an in-product credit-return policy, contact support@krilx.com with the account email and transaction reference.

Cancellation prevents future renewal as described in Section 5. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or unused credits, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Contact us before disputing a legitimate charge so we can investigate. We may suspend purchases, remove credits, restrict access, or recover benefits associated with a reversed or disputed payment. We do not restrict your statutory right to dispute an unauthorized or erroneous payment.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You must comply with the AUP and use the Service lawfully and responsibly. The following prohibitions supplement the AUP and apply to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, profile information, posts, comments, and all other use of the Service.

You may not use the Service to create, request, possess, upload, or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving a minor, whether real, fictional, synthetic, or presented as such; sexualize or exploit minors; or groom or solicit a minor. You may not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or deceptive sexualized depictions of a real person.

You may not threaten, stalk, dox, harass, exploit, or incite violence against a person or group; promote violent extremism; or create gratuitously graphic violence intended to threaten or shock. You may not facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, election deception prohibited by law, or other unlawful conduct.

You may not generate or distribute malware, ransomware, credential-theft tools, exploit code intended for unauthorized access, or instructions to cause serious physical harm or evade law enforcement. You may not infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or use a voice, likeness, name, or reference work without necessary rights or consent.

You may not evade safeguards, probe or disrupt the Service, access another person’s account or non-public content, scrape at scale without permission, reverse engineer or extract protected model components, or bypass rate, credit, or access limits. You may not use the Service for decisions about a person’s eligibility for employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or another high-impact opportunity without an appropriate lawful, human-reviewed, and disclosed process.

You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases needed for every prompt, script, image, audio recording, reference, and other material you submit. Do not upload confidential, personal, biometric, or sensitive information unless authorized and after considering the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may not use another account, altered prompts, automated requests, or other means to evade safety controls or restrictions. We may refuse, filter, or stop a request where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the AUP, provider rules, or applicable law.

9. User-Generated Content and License

“User Content” means prompts, text, scripts, images, reference audio, files, profile materials, comments, posts, and other material you or your authorized users submit to, create through, or share using the Service. “Input” means User Content submitted for processing. “Output” means content returned by a generation or processing feature.

As between you and us, you retain whatever rights you hold in your Input and User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights necessary to submit, process, and use it as contemplated by these Terms, and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights. You are responsible for your User Content, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

You grant KRILX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, for the term of the relevant rights, to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, display, and otherwise process User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service; carry out your instructions; enforce these Terms; and comply with law. This includes routing Input and relevant parameters to third-party infrastructure and model providers needed to fulfill your request. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

You may be able to publish a creation as “public” or “unlisted.” Public content may be visible to users and the general public, searchable or recommended within the Service, and copied or shared by others. Unlisted content is accessible to people who have its link and is not confidential. Publishing a post grants us the license above and, while it is shared, the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, and make that post available within the Service, including through viewing, linking, and sharing functions. Do not publish material you wish to keep private.

You may delete or unpublish content using available controls. We will stop displaying or using it for ordinary Service purposes within a reasonable time, subject to technical processing, other users’ prior sharing, legal obligations, safety investigations, and copies retained in backups or records. Removal does not automatically remove copies lawfully made by other users before removal.

The licenses in these Terms authorize processing needed to provide the Service. They do not independently authorize training a general-purpose model on private User Content. Any additional training or use beyond service delivery will be described in the Privacy Policy and conducted only where permitted by law and any required consent or other lawful basis.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

KRILX and its licensors own the Service, including software, interfaces, branding, design, documentation, and materials we provide, excluding User Content and third-party materials. These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No ownership interest is transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service; use our marks without permission; or reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code, model weights, or non-public systems, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate it without restriction or payment, provided this does not grant us rights in your User Content beyond the licenses in Section 9.

Third-party names, marks, software, models, and assets remain the property of their respective owners. A model or dependency license may impose additional conditions on particular uses or redistribution.

11. AI-Generated Content, Ownership, and Risks

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party model and asset terms, as between you and us, you may use Output generated for your account. To the extent we acquire transferable rights in that Output, we assign those rights to you. This does not create rights that do not exist under applicable law, grant rights held by a model provider or another person, or guarantee exclusive or copyrightable Output.

AI systems may produce identical or similar results for different users, reproduce or resemble existing works, people, brands, voices, or styles, or generate material others consider infringing. We do not promise novelty, originality, exclusivity, non-infringement, registrability, or suitability for commercial use. Conduct appropriate review and clearance before publishing, selling, advertising with, or otherwise commercially exploiting Output.

Output may be fabricated, inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, misleading, or unsafe. Generated scripts may contain false claims; images and video may depict events that never happened; audio may imitate a voice or contain unintended material. Independently review and verify Output and clearly disclose synthetic or altered content where law, platform rules, or context requires.

You may use Output commercially only to the extent you have the necessary rights under applicable law and the terms for the model, input, and assets used. The Service does not provide legal clearance, a license to third-party material, or a warranty that a model permits every commercial use. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions, disclosures, attribution, releases, and licenses.

Do not treat Output as a substitute for professional judgment or use it as the sole basis for consequential decisions about a person. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use, edit, label, verify, and distribute Output.

12. Third-Party Services, Models, and Licenses

The Service currently relies on third parties that may include Supabase for authentication and database services; Cloudflare Workers and R2 for application hosting and object storage; Modal for generation infrastructure; Hugging Face-hosted model artifacts; Flutterwave for payment processing; and Mailgun for transactional email and verification messages. Providers may change. Each processes information under its own terms and privacy practices, as further described in the Privacy Policy. Provider outages, changes, or acts are outside our control.

Depending on feature and availability, the Service may use models or components identified in the codebase as Z-Image and Z-Image-Turbo, FLUX.1-schnell, Qwen-Image, Wan 2.1 or 2.2, Kandinsky 6, ACE-Step, DiffRhythm, Kokoro, EzAudio, and ScriptForge. The applicable model, checkpoint, version, license, use restriction, and provider may vary. Integration notices identify Apache-2.0 or MIT licenses for certain components but do not establish the complete license position for every checkpoint, dataset, dependency, or output. The relevant third-party license and provider terms govern those materials. We do not grant broader rights in a third-party model than its owner grants.

You must comply with model-provider policies that apply to your use. We may switch models, apply provider safeguards, reject requests, or disable a feature to comply with provider terms, law, safety requirements, or operational needs. We do not guarantee any particular model or provider will remain available.

The Service may link to or display third-party content or services. We do not endorse or control them, and your use of them is at your own risk under their terms.

13. Privacy and Data

Our separate Privacy Policy, available at https://krilx.com/legal/privacy, explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, and retained. The operator should publish and maintain that policy alongside these Terms.

Depending on your use, the Service may process account identifiers and email addresses; names, avatars, biographies, handles, and profile settings; authentication and one-time verification data; subscription, payment, transaction, and credit-ledger records; prompts, scripts, uploads, reference media, generation parameters, task status, outputs, and history; posts, visibility choices, comments, likes, follows, and blocks; support requests; device, diagnostic, security, and service-log data; and optional provider API credentials entered into account settings.

We process information to authenticate accounts, provide requested features, route generation requests, process payments, store and deliver outputs, operate community features, secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and maintain and improve service reliability. Information may be shared with providers described in Section 12 and other service providers acting for us, with other users when you choose to publish or interact publicly, and with authorities or other parties where legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the Service.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, account operation, dispute resolution, security, and legal or accounting obligations. The account-deletion flow schedules a request for a 30-day period; deletion may take additional time to process, and certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate security, payment, fraud, dispute, or backup purposes. Requests are subject to identity verification and the Privacy Policy. Contact legal@krilx.com about privacy rights or deletion.

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by law, we will use the required transfer mechanism or safeguard described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Content Moderation, Reports, and Removal

We may use automated systems, provider filters, user reports, and human review to assess content, but do not undertake to review every prompt, output, post, comment, or account before it is processed or shown.

Where we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, the AUP, a third-party right, or applicable law, we may refuse or stop a request, restrict visibility, remove or disable content, suspend features, return or withhold credits as permitted, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or terminate an account, or report the matter to appropriate authorities. We may act without advance notice where needed to protect people, comply with law, or prevent harm; otherwise we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond where reasonably practicable.

Report abuse, unlawful material, or a rights complaint to legal@krilx.com. Include the relevant URL or creation identifier, a description of the issue, and your contact details. You may appeal an enforcement action by contacting support@krilx.com.

If you believe Service content infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to legal@krilx.com identifying the work or right, the specific material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We may remove or restrict access, notify the user, and take further action under applicable law. Knowingly false notices may have legal consequences. Statutory notice, counter-notice, or designated-agent requirements in the applicable jurisdiction remain controlling.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion through available controls or by contacting support@krilx.com. Account deletion is not subscription cancellation; cancel any paid subscription separately and confirm future renewal has stopped.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the AUP; fail to pay; create a security, legal, or material operational risk; engage in fraud or abuse; or if we discontinue the Service. We will act proportionately where practicable and provide notice or an opportunity to cure when appropriate, except where prohibited or urgent action is reasonably necessary.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You remain responsible for payment obligations incurred before termination. Unused credits, promotional benefits, and subscription access may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and any refund rights. We may delete or retain content and records according to the Privacy Policy, Section 9, and legal obligations.

Provisions concerning payment obligations, content licenses that by their nature continue, ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes, and miscellaneous terms survive termination to the extent necessary to give them effect.

16. Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, MODELS, OUTPUTS, AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KRILX AND ITS LICENSORS AND PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME; THAT A REQUEST WILL BE COMPLETED; THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, SAFE, UNIQUE, ORIGINAL, LAWFUL, OR NON-INFRINGING; THAT CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF REVIEWING AND USING USER CONTENT AND OUTPUT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRILX AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS; OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF KRILX AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited. These limits do not restrict non-waivable consumer rights. If a court finds a limit unenforceable, it will be applied to the fullest extent permitted.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [FULL LEGAL NAME OF SERVICE OPERATOR], its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from or related to: (a) your User Content, Input, or Output and its use or distribution; (b) your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law; (c) your infringement or misappropriation of another person’s rights; or (d) activity conducted through your account. We will give reasonably prompt notice, permit you to control the defense and settlement (but not settle in a way that imposes liability or an admission on us without consent), and provide reasonable cooperation at your expense. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you and we agree to try to resolve it informally. Send a written description of the dispute and proposed resolution to legal@krilx.com or [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. We will attempt to resolve it within thirty (30) days after receiving notice, unless a shorter period is required by law or urgent interim relief is necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts located in the Federal Republic of Nigeria will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim before a court or authority with jurisdiction under the law of the consumer’s residence, or limits a non-waivable right to seek urgent relief.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or business operations. We will update the Last Updated date and, where required by law, provide advance notice or request renewed consent for material changes. Unless stated otherwise, a change takes effect on the date posted. Changes will not retroactively alter a dispute that arose before the change. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

21. Contact Information

Contracting entity: [FULL LEGAL NAME OF SERVICE OPERATOR]. Registered or notice address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

General and billing support: support@krilx.com. Legal notices, privacy requests, and copyright or rights notices: legal@krilx.com. Website: https://krilx.com.

Use the relevant contact and include enough information for us to identify your account and request. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or other credentials in support correspondence.

22. Miscellaneous

These Terms, the AUP, the Privacy Policy, applicable purchase terms, and any applicable signed written agreement form the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or substantially all relevant assets, subject to applicable law.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, widespread network or power failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure or model providers. This does not excuse payment obligations for services already supplied or limit rights that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or franchise relationship. Except for indemnified persons identified in Section 18, no person who is not a party has a right to enforce these Terms unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You agree that we may provide notices about the Service and these Terms electronically, including through the Service or to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping that email address current and checking notices.

The English version of these Terms controls in the event of a conflict with a translation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
